Anthony "Tony" DeRosa founded WestVest Associates in 1993 after leaving First Commercial Realty, Inc. where he was a top at Miami International Commerce Center, a 4.3 million square foot mixed use project that was the core project in Miami-Dade's Airport West Doral Corridor.
WestVest Associates is a firm focused on commercial real estate brokerage and has become the leading independent firm in the market. With commercial real estate production in excess of over 500 million dollars, Tony has been instrumental in the landscape of the Miami Airport West Industrial area. Over the past few years, Tony has expanded into land and retail development projects throughout South Florida and has purchased several multi tenant retail centers and multi tenant warehouse projects through various partnerships.
